- Covid-19 safety guidelines at The WoodRooms
Following government guidance The WoodRooms will remain open. To provide the safest possible working environment for our staff and clients, we will provide the following:
- Hand santitiser stations at the entrance to each room, including the main entrance of the studio.
- Covid questionnaires to be completed by all clients 24 hours before studio booking.
- NHS App Check In at entry.
- Disposable gloves provided at the main entrance to the studio.
- Soap and paper towels available in the kitchen and bathroom.
- Signage/markings to indicate priority "traffic" through doorways and in areas where the required 2m distancing can be difficult.
- Signage indicating the number of people allowed in the various spaces at any one time.
- All studio staff will wear mask and gloves when in the same room as clients.
- When clients arrive, a short introduction to our COVID-19 safety measures and working practices will be given.
- If a member of staff is unwell we may need to cancel the session and re-arrange for another time.
- The studio spaces, surfaces and equipment will be regularly cleaned with appropriate products.
- The need to keep instruments and equipment clean may add a little time to sessions. Please bear with us.
In addition to the safety provisions we are taking, we ask that all clients adhere to the following:
- If you feel unwell on the day of your booking, do not attend the studio. We will -rearrange your booking at no extra cost.
- If you have experienced any symptoms of Coronavirus in the two weeks prior to your booking, please do not attend.
- Please maintain a 2m distance from staff at all times.
- We would ask that clients wear a facemask at all appropriate times and that you bring your own mask with you.
- Please use the hand sanitiser, wash stations and gloves provided to keep your hands clean at all times.
- Please bring your own beverages (hot or cold), pre-packaged food and cutlery to limit the use of the kitchen area as much as possible.
- We ask that people attending the studio are absolutely necessary to the session, for the safety of staff and clients alike.
- Please adhere to the priority "traffic" signage at doorways and in areas where maintaining 2m distance may be difficult.
- Please dispose of all rubbish (including sanitary waste such as gloves and paper towels) in the appropriate waste bins.
